The Party Line - Orders Delivered/Picked Up Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our regular delivery area during normal business hours. For charges to other areas, please call our office. Special containers are provided for your china, silver, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and "table ready". Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. Rates quoted are for ground floor deliveries to your door. At the time of your order pick up, tables and chairs should be broken down and stacked. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. Set up and break down service is available at an additional charge if arrangements are made in advance.
Customer Pick-Up Rentals require payment in advance and valid identification. You are welcome to pick up your rental order at our showroom. An advance reservation is recommended. Pickups/Returns must be made no later than 30 minutes before the office closes.
The Party Line - Pricing You are charged for total time equipment is in your possession, whether used or not. Prices quoted are for a one day charge unless noted. Generally, we consider "one day" to include the customer receiving the rental equipment the day before your event and returning the next business day after the event. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long-term rates. Rates for tents are subject to change for difficult installations. Delivery charges do apply. Prices subject to change without notice.
Check All Orders Carefully - Loss or Damage Whether you pick up an order or we deliver, you are responsible for the number of items written on the contract and any missing items will be charged a replacement charge. Responsibility of equipment remains with the lessor from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do charge for missing items. All china, silver, glassware, etc. should be rinsed food free and repacked in the same containers as received. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew.
The Party Line - Payment/Cancellation A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance payment is due 7 days before delivery. Security deposits necessary where applicable. Orders may be changed up to 7 days before date of delivery. Orders cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be still be charged.
