The event was held in August, with daily high temperatures between 90 - 95 degrees. We installed a vent inside the tent and ducted the air from outside the tent. Inside the tent, the tempurature remained cool for 8 hours per day for 6 days. Pictured below (in the back right) is the inside air vent we installed. The top air vents supply the cool air to the tent. The bottom vent is for the return air.
Outside of the tent, we installed a 5 ton package air conditioner and the duct work. The tent was owned and installed by the customer (please note the terrible anchoring....we would NEVER recommend this). Below is the outside unit and ducting.
